We all know the official line is that "past performance in no guarantee of future performance". While that's technically true, it sure informs decision-making around the future probabilities.
Also, the effort required to move the value needle with ~4,950m SOI (or ~5,350m SOI if those 400m free oppies ever get exercised) is materially greater than the effort required to move the same needle with 3,700m or fewer SOI.
In many respects, unless and until a capital reset is performed, the company is doomed to bounce around the bottom under the of the sheer weight of SOI coupled with lackluster, or no, value-add.
