To borrow the software term, it's vapourware.
Scroll to p.5 which shows the key terms. Assuming the CPs are satisfied or waived (no time frame supplied <-- key point!), 12-24 months for test work (Testing Period), then 12-24 months to construct the Project (Development Period).
So, first production is 36 months after the deal goes unconditional. But there is no guidance regarding the timeline to unconditionality.
It's vapourware. What punters can bank on is the up-front non-refundable $250k payment.
