There is no agenda - I just don't like being treated as a simpleton by the company. I got most of my shares by supporting the Sydcomp cash raise - both to try and protect my investment and that of others. I rate the company (technology) just not its senior team. I have had dialogue with the company and have not been satisfied with the outcomes.
Every year is the same - one where it's just about to happen...if I read another annual report full of hyperbole and disingenuous thanks of shareholder support I think I'll puke.
If you go back to posts of years ago you'll see that I posted something that concerned me about the Aus Post deal - sure enough it came to being. I see it for what it is (not through rose tinted glasses) and what it is, is
- massive dilution
- over 10 cap raisings
- a share price bouncing along all time lows
- a board compensated ridiculously for part time contributions
- our largest shareholder being a hedge fund (and their modus operandi)
- no new contract roll outs of note in the last year
and low and behold another SPP based on what??? no contracts but the axe just above our heads if we don't participate...is this really how you reward shareholders?? Not in my book but my book isn't being written for me by QVT
