I agree with you about all of that MM and I feel very strongly that the board have nowhere near earned what they've been paid to date and what they are continuing to be paid. The way I see it, the share price has to rise to many multiples of what it is today before they should feel that they're even close to having paid their way.
But, at the same time, we ARE faced with the axe above our heads and the only two options are to push it away or to let it fall. The tone of some posters to this forum seems to be towards letting it fall and to encourage everyone else to do the same and I, personally, would very much prefer that not to happen as it really does feel like we're on the way up from this point on.
