Another indicator that shows how desperate they are for cash is the lawyer they have engaged. It is indicative that the weaker your case the better your lawyer needs to be!!! This lawyer has a reputation for getting deals down so that is another indicator that the MZN play is a grab for cash. As my barrister often reminds me.......... "there is no justice in the law"...... hahaha

Using the legal system to strong arm cash out of another party is much more common than the average person on the street realises.

IMHO KDR will come out of this smelling like roses and MZN will continue on a death spiral. Regardless, the executive from KDR who was stupid enough to leave the company open to a grab for cash legal action needs their ass kicked and I would be a much happier shareholder to see that executive replaced with somebody more competent.

Chris ellison is another gorilla not to be messed with. Unfortunate minefields and I have been through this kind of scenario. It is a big anchor for the share price and management will be weighings the benefits of an all out war
