POS even acknowledge the MZN/KDR dispute in their announcement, I am sure their legal people would have looked at the email evidence as well before allowing the company to progress this agreement.
Oh well, only time will tell, us share holders may as well sh1t in our hands and clap for all the insight and knowledge we have!
