This industry seems to get fairly heavily manipulated, as you said ulterior motives at work.
Assume next impetus for PLS will be DSO etc, have to wait till then.
That being said, I do particularly like the POSCO deal, this is a mega sized company, says to me the big boys want to lock in supply.
I notice their main page has started talking about EV's etc.
