It does not matter if PLS has a stellar half yearly report followed by a fantastic announcement on the Joint venture hydroxide plant because the fact remains that as long as State Street corporation is on the registry loaning out shares to their parasitic Wall St mates , they will fully control the SP on a daily basis.

IMO if State Street Corporation was not a substantial holder of PLS the SP would be way above $7.00.

State Street has now infected the registry of many ASX Lithium stocks and the shorting, "simply because they can", is having a common negative effect on all of them.

This situation must be acceptable to ASIC, as they continue to look the other way.

Shorting is legal, manipulating the SP in breach of the Corporations act 2001 sect 1041a, is not!

Until State Street Corporation stops this insidious practice, ASX Lithium stocks will not be able to trade on the fundamental principals of supply and demand!
