PLS has to hurry up and get that p1000 target done and dusted. The announcement is a reminder that half of current production is promised to JV
The fact that JV now fully funded to build plant on a non recourse against PLS is a fabulous result. All upside , no downside risk
It also means at p1000 Li can fall another 30-40% but bottom line EPS should remain the same.
