Great to see this equity investment formalise.

Having a partner of Posco’s caliber aligned with the company gives BKT a much much greater chance of success and to be frank the reason why I bought in off the back of John’s extensive qualification process achieved.

Of course a higher share price for the Tranche 1 placement would have been great, as it would have seen more $ in the door now for BKT, however what ultimately matters is Posco further committing to the company and showing how aligned they are. This will resonate well as the company moves through to finalise the final equity piece of the funding puzzle.

Would know doubt love to see this materialize at the project level at a nice premium….

Another positive being the move from MOU to binding offtakes for module 2 as well, for the fines product + marketing opportunity (not exclusivity) for the more valuable large flake product.

The company is presenting at Africa Down Under today in Perth at 9:45 / 11:45am AEST and will obviously be covering this transaction and next steps.
