I think they have picked EGR as an easy target and would pay peanuts to shareholders to take over their business model. With the lack of direction from the board if they do get the rights for the patient POSCO could swoop in before any momentum gets going. It’s still unlikely EGR would be able to secure the funds required to get all this off the ground imo and without funding leaves the company very vulnerable
