Hi Lectro, have you considered that it may have been POSCO insistence that facilities be built near their anode production facilities and that this may explain the apparent change of plan around Kwinana. At the time I posted I hoped a large player was driving the change, from todays announcement it seems we are likely to be following POSCO around the globe as they establish their anode production facilities.
