    Before POSCO were going to guarantee the loans Gunson required for it's share of the construction equity, but now if Gunsan cant raise the funds, not an easy thing is this market, and furthermore a market cap of $28M to raise $108M, then Gunson has defaulted and POSCO takes ownership of the full 100%of Coburn.
    Please correct me where I have strayed.
