Obviously there was a leak on Friday and David had to come out and make an announcement because the information had become known, perhaps he would have preferred to wait until the actual signing was done.
Some of the risk has been removed from this project but the market will gradually pay up as each of the steps are completed.
Surprisingly the train has not yet left the station yet, so there is time to get aboard for those who can tolerate a little risk.
The valuations and target prices are all in the Broker reports on the Gunson website, take some time to read them as there are brokers waiting to put their clients into this project now that it is becoming more certain.
