    @Jaxjax yes management have stated a few times now in recent presentations that they are negotiating with Posco in respect to up to a $20mil payment as a capex contribution from Posco in exchange for offtake.

    With how enthused JdV has been around this topic I would like to think we could see terms formalised this quarter (maybe even this month?)
