Their last board meeting was on July 27th. I looked for 5min but couldn't find anything. That's the beauty of this announcement:
Serve up some UNCERTAINTY to shorters, something we GXY longs have to live with every day holding this golden goose.
Maybe POSCO's corporate calendar can shed more light on their frequency of board meetings.
