Looking at the stance of the Argentinean government as well as the difficulties faced by companies like SQM whom have long planned for expansion, brine isnt as easy as it looks to be.
I think for GXY its worth considering developing or taking over another hard rock resource, for they have invaluable experience in operating one already as opposed to brine facilities.
