I have to disagree with you on the communication / strategy...

I have to disagree with you on the communication / strategy front.
How many times that they have failed to communicate and let the market inform when the timeline / promise cannot  be met.
Good example was the multiple announcements that supposed to come out prior to year end,  they chose to put out a statement on the 11th Hour ie on 31/12/2018 that they need extension.
I am sure they know pretty well weeks / months out that the stated promise cannot be met, just ignorance or incompetence ?
How difficult was to put a short announcement 2 to 3 weeks prior , therefore avoid all the rumours mill & give oxygen to the shorters.
