    Let's hold on .........

    If I had bought a piece of land and then sold one-third of the property back for a multiple of my purchase value to build my mine without credit, I would have been one of the brightest in my street, right?

    Would then probably landed on the front page of Forbes magazine.

    Well not quite but you would call me a smart entrepreneur, right?
