The fact the price surges 15 minutes prior to a nothing announcement stinks of something and it ain't gas. When is ASIC or however is supposed to be looking at these shananigans going to pull their finger out and look at where the buying surge originated, couldn't be that hard surely, cause I bet a few traders got sucked in buying at the high today.
