One point, I'm surpised you didn't raise is that by ratifying this placement (which has already occured) we effectively give KAR another go a 15% placement within a 12 month period, so there is a chance that another placement will occur in that time period, but IMO this is unlikely, but if P2 becomes the elephant we all hape and expect, they may raise some more at the $14 level to do more at South America!
