Zopa, I think you're spot on, AF will not sell as he needs these assets as part of his plan to mine nickel, gold and other minerals.
My take on it is, we may see another loan to the company by AF which will allow the settlement of the CN early (convertible as shares to AF). This will cut BM off at the knees (as no interest payments in shares) and bump up AF's percentage once again.
