Positive 28 day readout of Phase 1, confirming there are no significant negatives associated with the product, is the big one. I expect that to be confirmed by end this month and that the SP will continue to firm, leading up to the readout. The cohort is too small to draw efficacy conclusions but an encouraging indication would be nice. Question is: Is the way clear to recruit for ph 2 after the 28 day read out or will we have to wait for the 100 day readout? Phases 2, focusing on efficacy, will then probably test a range of levels to identify optimum dosage rates.
