There may be hesitancy due to a potential CR and a longer wait for the trial outcome. Never rule out a surprise partnership or takeover, but MT basically said that event would likely be on a successful phase 2 readout.I was hoping they may have included some biomarker readouts in the report. I think it’s reasonable to say potential buyers believe they can buy at a lower share price, which explains the price action today.
