You pointed out a couple of the lines from the announcement that jumped out at me. I purchased a couple of parcels in the company today. I think it's worth a calculated risk that a partnership deal of some sort will follow.
It's interesting how similar the price action has been to PAA after they announced their positive phase 1 results. Went up to .53 cents and then has since retraced near 50%. Very similar movement to this one.
