I know this has been said before but what makes you think that someone would offer an up-front of USD45m to a company the total market capitalisation of which is AUD13.1m?
Wouldn't it be more likely that a buyout offer would be made? Even a premium of hundreds of per cent on the present share price would be likely to get the whole box and dice for the same dollars
