Understand your point. Some of the Top 5 share holders were top 5 options holders too. Also it’s clear that some accumulation of options is being taken . They have been traded every day . Some holders clearly have hopes of gaining a better shareholder position through conversion including myself.
But the reality is when an offer is made it will have to be disclosed to share holders. That could happen anytime from now. Potential partners started finalising their evaluation of new data around a month ago. I think end of April could be fireworks time.
