Oh thanks for that. Yes, we have so much going on here and best of luck to our neighbours as well. Yes, if they have good results will be good for us as well. We are all sharing the one system so we are connected in a way. If I had more money I'd invest next door as well. Will be very interesting to see what they come up with. If we keep getting the same consistency will be great but if we find higher grades will be the wow factor.
