Hopefully this is the beginning of a string of announcements which drive up the SP and support the recent loan being converted to shares.
If Charles Bass is party to information that is in the process of being analysed, made sense of in terms of updated MREs or underpinning a feas, (essentially, inside information) then he could not pony up cash for a direct placement as he has done in the past until that information is available to the market.
