Within the report it showed the 75mg dose shown improvement in iron concentration and UMSARS scores within the first 0-6mnth mark, than 50mg dose continued to show ongoing improvement in the 6 - 12mnth time frame, although the 75mg did not (p value = NS)

As the AI stated, p values of less than 0.05, shows unlikely chance that this was by accidental occurence, and shows significant improvement with drug use, particular 50mg dose (p value - 0.009) <observe the extra zero.

Clinical signifance also showed amazing results, noting pts on 50mg, shown a seven point difference in UMSARS scores than the placebo which, as Dr Stamler stated - continual upward march/trend. To me observing the 50mg after 6mnths and onto 12mnths there seemed to be a plateau/stabilisation effect.

Regarding the 75mg, it seems initially it was great, but than may be too high of a dose, therefore, I believe a pt should start on 75mg for 6mnths, than revert to 50mg to keep within a therapeutic range, with obvious ongoing observation.

The MST financial report in which @Kyriaco highlighted also provided a great read (please read it). It noted that Alterity have hit 3 of the 4 targets, just awaiting the NfL results. If positive that will be 4/4, and a very very strong candidate of reaching AA acceptance with the FDA which is also highlighted within the MST read.

Regarding ATHE, although there are some LTHs, a majority are just day trading the shit out of it, so this isnt a get quick rich product. As @outlander had stated, the drug is now derisked.

Also note, the only other drug that stated to show improvement with MSA, in which Dr Stamler was sceptical about, was the lundberg study, which stated to have a ~19% improvement. Just imagine being advised we have a drug that will prolong your life by 48%, yes please !, death by 7yrs, now posibly blown out too 10+yrs.
