IMO CAY would have been negotiating with potential suitors for a TO, JV or OT deal for months already and these negotiations are on-going while waiting for the final BFS figures. We now have got a very positive BFS signed off, I think the last thing they are waiting for is a signed MC which is still sitting on the Mining Minister's desk?

CAY announced a week ago that it is expecting the MC to be signed off in Q3 which starts on this Friday. I believe negotiations with some of these suitors may have already finalised. They are just waiting for the MC which could be signed off any moment.

My timing prediction of 2- 3 weeks may sound a bit ambiguous but I believe it is entirely possible. Agree it is frustrating but it is happening. All we need is a little more patience.
