PG advised at the 13 April Webinar that all the final BFS figures were received and confirmed by the external consultants. PG also advised that he and his team were in the process of finalising the ASX announcement for release ASAP and prior to JS arrived Perth at the end of April/early May. Unfortunately the BFS notice was only released 7 weeks later and comes with a sort of "buy one get one free" CR. the BFS sign off is conditional to this crazy CR. Who are those so-called "sophisticated investors"? Who is the BIGGEST winner of this CR? How many shares and options from this CR are taken up by China and her proxies? Don't know we will have a clearer picture in the next few months when the project is taken over. I am not joking, I am almost 100% certain the project will be taken over by the Chinese. I know they are patient, but they can't wait for another few years. They need the project as soon as possible and I am pretty sure they will act in the next few months. I personally think they may end up with no less than 30% of the total shares & options issued. If this is correct, this means the Chinese will have some 30% of their TO money back. Hope they will pay the right money!

Not a chance that the Chinese will pay what you regard as the 'right money' unfortunately.
