Correct, they won't just leave. the 3 stooges need a 249D-sized boot up the bum to remove them from the board. We have the numbers to lodge this closer to the AGM, i.e. after government approvals are received and well before the next capital raise. this will save the company hundreds of thousands in salary's and fees, and save us shareholders from further value destruction.
