They are beyond the maturity of using an N3. They are doing the right thing and insources sales.
Considering how poor their marketing is, I can only assume they are getting more leads than they can convert already. Or there is untapped well of opportunity they can unearth with the intelligent demandgen.
Again, I would rather have a business have basics they can fix and improve. Rather than a sideways moving business who is executing the basics correctly
