Technically speaking OSL chart is one of the most bullish you will come across. A breakout at the 18c level which appears to be imminent paints a target at 27.5c which just so happens to be the all time high.
The FA appears equally bullish with a positive CE mark report which appears to have prompted Bank of America Corporation to load up. Sometimes it's not the bank itself but the clients of but either way US investors coming into an ASX listed healthcare/bio play is generally a very bullish sign. Think PNV, AVH etc, when they buy they buy hard and are not afraid of running a company with potential to several hundred million MC.
