I can appreciate everyone's focus on the CE Mark.. I feel that this focus has overlooked the significance of OSL getting HUD approval from the FDA to treat Bile Duct Cancer. Meaning, OSL has proven to the FDA that the device is safe and it is probable that treatment will be effective and from my understanding can now treat patients with Bile Duct Cancer in the US.
The Human Device Exemption (HDE) that the Company is seeking from the FDA will allow them to profit from the sale of the device. This is limited to 8000 patients.
This is in itself would be valued up to 8000x $25,000US or 200mil US annually.
