I appreciate that the HUD designation does not allow for the Company to profit from the sale of treatment.
The HDE designation would allow the Company to profit from the sale of the treatment, as I previously stated.
cancer.org states the statistic for Bile Duct Cancer is 8000 diagnosed annually in the US. But I'd agree that assuming all 8000 patients would be treated with OSL is unlikely, that is why I stated that it could be valued UP to 200mil annually.
