I am fairly sure a few people have mentioned this but not a lot of discussion on the topic. While OSL has cash on hand, they will need more. So at what price do people think that is likely? Secondly with 630k shares on offer, when is a consolidated going to occur? Consolidation has many advantages for the company: 1- moving your SP out of the micro cap range and therefore more likely that institutional investors will look to you 2 - a CR at say $1.00 means you issue fewer shares. For investors there is dilution and if the SP slumps you have really lost
