She does reach out and go through the appropriate channels. In the media ladies defence she knows what she is doing and goes through the necessary actions and channels, but its a small consultancy. Their influence is limited. For our purposes as share holders the company should have put the capital into a more established media consultancy group with specialisation in medical approvals - a niche area.
