Ann: Positive clinical data filed with FDA to support ODD request, page-35

So Jock are you saying that the big deal that MT made out of the FDA putting the ODD application on hold was nothing more than MT making him self look good and giving shareholders a false expectation that the 90 day prior would be a combination of the time of the original application and time after the required data was presented.
If this wasn't the case then MT should know how much longer it will take the FDA and not just saying up to 90 days, or is this a case of telling shareholders one thing not in the official announcement but when it comes to the official announcement he must tell the truth
