Hi risk economic conditions will see a large discount for any capital raise, i think well under 2c. I suspect there is other motives for this company as at the current rate all completed trials will be around the time the patents run out and then it's first movers advantage has no value. The hands in this have had it since 2011 and this doesn't include the work put in by Edward Flynn , Erica Vreeland and others who sold this to MHTX in 2011 for shares to the value of around 1.2 million US. There are posters in global and Australian forums who pumped this who claimed to have inside knowledge and information that the public have no access too and I suspect have links to MHTX . Shareholders should hold management too account and zoom out at the bigger picture.
