I would say don't worry about trying to do the math on the chart, the big boys will do that for us all. Just focus on the simple math of your shares in RCE i.e. what I paid for them and what they are now worth and will be worth when bigger fish jump in.
Look at the sell side, very weak so it ill jump reasonably quickly I think, and then again with more positive news and then again.......
