It's a log 10 reduction. I could be wrong but I think that means a -1.0 log 10 reduction is a 90% reduction. So the maximal reduction with Recce 529 seems to be about a 75% reduction in viral load?
Also it seems this was achieved at a super low concentration of 82 parts per million, although this may be due to the nature of the experiment being completely different.
I think the results from the ferret study will be easier to interpret.
