The share price is most definitely waiting for 2b, and 6-month results in particular, but the share price after tox if successful will mean little compared to the freedom the tox result can bring.
Share prices can be driven by fickle people and people who have no understanding of the industry, Tox results are relevant inside the industry.
That said, tox results require a successful 2b to make the tox results become most useful, and also vice versa.
