the word partially in the context used is definitely a good thing.
As mentioned by BCO, ATL-1102, the therapeutic, is not something that is intended to cure, so anything that moves an injury or ailment from bad or negative, towards neutral or normal, is a very good thing.
It is unknown at this point what a varied dose or an extended time frame would achieve, but based on the current results it's an improvement on the calf muscle, so its viable to consider variation and time may produce even greater improvement.
But just based on current results, any improvement is what scientists and patients would be looking for, and considering there are no treatments currently, this is quietly exciting for ANP, and potentially the recipients.
It's also exciting how the similar but separate studies for LG, DMD, and MS are expanding the overall understanding of function with ATL-1102, and greatly important, all these 3 areas are finding muscle and organ benefits.
The anti-inflammatory benefits are holding across various diseases increasing confidence in other untrialed or non-advertised explorations.
Again, platform is the word in play.

Partially normalised is a terrific result, the share price will do what market forces dictate, but as far as ATL-1102 goes, and potentially for the future recipients, it's a very positive outcome, adding to a greater weight of scientific viability and therapeutic use.
