Any thoughts on the announcement's use of the word partial? @green8
Just an addition to the excellent post by @mac9 in regards to the significance of partial improvement. I was interested to read that Sarepta who have initiated SRP-9003, a gene therapy for LGMD2E, are targeting new treatments that can slow the progression of this disease, improve mobility and enhance quality of life for people living with LGMD2E and other LGMD subtypes.
No cure mentioned. It helps frame the significance of the preclinical data for ATL1102 in LGMDR2. It also begs the question whether the results will apply across other LGMD subtypes in a similar way to the subtypes in DMD.
Any thoughts on the announcement's use of the word partial?...
