Because it's mostly held by short sighted people. Just the natural progression of a stock. If i was trusted with millions of dollars of other peoples money i too wouldn't look twice at this stock. Another six months time should tell a different story.
My advice would be to keep building a position where you can afford it if you have the money. It's not a matter of if but when.
