Hi Bedger, crazy that I mentioned ACL LARS the other day and here we are haha. Have you ruptured your ACL graft? Otherwise you will not need to replace it as it strengthens with time to a point. Also if you don't play change of direction sport then you really don't need an ACL and can just do non-operative rehabilitation with a decent physio to reduce the OA which was correlated with not having an ACL. If Celgro collagen rope, ends up being just as good as your typical hamstring graft then damn this will be bloody huge. It will take a lot of time to get to that point though with human trials and 2-5+ years follow up. The LARS fiasco will make many apprehensive but if the Celgro collagen rope holds up for even 5 years under extreme stress then professional athletes close to retirement will definitely be on board!
