Just having a logical guess but I would have to say (since its a bold highlight its good?) that the independent results from this study has hit some of the targets that would have been in the phase 1 trial thus reducing the number of test result targets required from the phase 1 and as a result reducing the number of test subjects and expenses required for phase 1 seems like a win win to me
