    Well... the reason the TO has not happened at this stage is obviously due to the two parties not agreeing about AJM value. Inspite of JRO constant announcements

    So buyer tries "your company only worth this much" (maybe proposed a 1 JRO : 1.1 AJM split )

    Owner just smiles.

    Who gets the company in the end?

    simple really...
